We have used this takeaway for a longtime but on this order the arrive I received was shocking. When order was placed for email to tell me ready for collection at 19.19. Went off doing jobs around the house when I picked my phone back up at 19.05 I had received text message at 18.50 to say food was ready. I set off to collect it happy knowing food was going to be cold. On way got phone call to see if was collecting. When I explained the problem the guy of the phone didn’t really have any answers. I asked for fresh food to be cooked. They was not happy but agreed they would. The only thing they did fresh was the. Chips everything else was just warmed up. To be honest the food was as not as bad as expected pizza was little rubbery due to been put in over again. I would give foods 3 stars service 2. Will be a while before I use these again purely down to service.

Absolutely abbismal, we ordered and confirmation within minutes with a delivery time. Once the delivery time had expired and then some I phoned the shop to be told that the App that I ordered on had crashed and they had only just got my order. They told me it would be then 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I then rang again, to be told it was on its way. If you place an order and it’s confirmed I’m unsure why if there is an issue that you can’t be updated or even communicated with. When I rang and was told the App had crashed they knew where I was ringing from but claimed they didn’t know my order, so how did they know who I was. Once again Abismal service

I luv this place so much! Calzone are an absolute treat! Cheesy chips have a decent amount of cheese on unlike other places\t their chilli sauce is the best iv ever tasted in my life! Not so hot that you can't taste anything it just burns\t it's just the right level of heat with the best flavour! Last time the chips were slightly under cooked but I understand it can get very very busy and they don't want delivery orders to be late. :-)
